Emergent Chaos

I was wondering what United Airlines customer service did. This screen capture seems to make it all clear.

United Airlines has been featured before, in "Dear United."

To be fair, I met a very nice and human supervisor while I was stuck in Denver due to their crew change, but he maintained the claim that "crew change" was "due to" and thus equivalent to "weather," and that they didn't have to do anything for me.
