Joanna on Stealth Malware

(Posted by arthur)

bluepill.jpgJoanna Rutkowska of Blue Pill fame, gave a presentation at the recent Chaos Communication Congress on "Stealth malware - can good guys win?". Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the presentation in person, but the powerpoint slides are a great read. I highly recommend it. Definitely food for thought.

I was at that talk and it was quite memorable in that (1) she presented the material in a disorganized manner, (2) men started shouting confrontational questions mid-way through and (3) she was swarmed at the end by a gaggle even though she went over time.

I took a picture of the gaggle.

Making sure not to include any faces, I took a picture of the gaggle.
