University of San Diego, 7800 people, W-2 information, "hackers"

One that I missed.
The executive summary is that somebody, somehow, got into the machine that prints W-2s for the university. The University sent out an undated disclosure letter which was very sparsely detailed -- "one of the worst" seen by Beth Givens of privacyrights.org, who's seen plenty of 'em.
